(1) New water-efficient irrigation system has reduced water use by 80%; (2) Composting nearly 300 lbs of food wastes a week; (3) Nearly 50% of all foods are local and/or organically grown; and, (4) New heat pump installed this year is 40% more efficient than the one it replaced (with plans to change out the rest).
