bulletWe will be installing an herb garden on our loser roof in 2012. Fresh herbs will be used in the restaurant and the garden will assist in reducing our carbon footprint.
Measurable Results
We are installing new, energy efficient hot water boilers in Q1 2012. Our new boilers will be 98% efficient, versus the old boilers at 72% efficient - an increase of 26%.
