Measurable Results
(1) We had a 10% reduction in energy from 2010 to 2011. We used 3,736 BTU’s per month per available room in 2010 and have reduced that to 3,338 BTU’s per month in 2011 with similar occupancies. We have a goal to reduce the amount to 2,336 moving forward. (2) We had an 11% reduction in water from 2010 to 2011. We used 11 cubic meters of water in 2010 and have reduced that to 10 cubic meters in 2011, with an ongoing goal of 8 cubic meters.
