Food was very good, if your not in a hurry

I ordered when I was seated. To get seated I had to interupt the manager to ask if the restuarant was open and could I have a seat. Food took way too long but was worth the wait. Mary was my server and did a good job keeping my drink full and checking on me.

We were staying overnight a the Hilton for a stay and fly, and had dinner at the hotel restaurant. We never expect much from hotel restaurants, but this was a very surprising find! The food was excellent and the service was awesome! What a pleasant surprise!

Kind of a strange place. It looked like it might be undergoing some sort of renovation. It was quite large but almost no one was there. The friendly bartender seemed to be the waiter as well. The decor was more formal than the bright lighting and casual attire of the bartender and guests, so it was a strange vibe. The food was above-average for a hotel restaurant, but not good or different enough to make a special trip. Varied menu with something for everyone; nothing earth-shattering but a good variety. A bit pricey for what it was, but super convenient for hotel guests, so definitely worth it in that respect.
Customer service horrible

The food was good but the bartender had horrible service. Im not asking that you take my order right away, but just acknowledge that I am there.
Acceptable to good service, mediocre food and not so good on the bar.

Service was pretty good, ordered a very specific drink which the server relayed exactly to the bar tender and then as expected the bartender did it wrong. Crab did was bland and crab in the dip was not obvious.
