Trip Advisor Bakery Bonanza
Feb 13, 2015 by: Lori C from Onancock, Virginia
Have stopped several times when driving on US 50! Breakfast sandwiches alone are worth the stop and I haven't even mentioned the fresh pastries, donuts and fresh coffee. Great food at great prices! We also get fresh bread to take home!

This is a great place to get fresh baked goods. They have a great selection of donuts (yeast and cake), cupcakes, cookies, croissants, birthday cakes, and a variety of fresh yeast breads (raisin, cinnamon, wheat). They make custom cakes for your event. They have freshly brewed coffee and hot sandwiches.

I dont consider this a restaurant so much, after all its a Bakery. And an Excellent one at that! Best cheese danish we ever had! Everything looks so good, we must go back and try other things, but 3 visits so far and we can't get away from the cheese danish!

Trip Advisor Best donuts and breads around!

The donuts are so good you'll find yourself daydreaming about them! Love their maple nut topped glazed! For lunch, try their homemade chicken curry with mango chutney on a freshly baked croissant! Life is good!

Trip Advisor Great bakery!

Wonderful breads, perfect donuts and cookies and a delicious basic yellow birthday cake with chocolate frosting. I ordered the cake expecting a two layer cake and was delighted with the special touch and surprise of four layers when the birthday boy cut into it! Sweet! When you walk into a bakery at 6 am and you are greeted with the scent of yeast rising and cakes baking, you know you are in a good place! Yum ! Stop in!!
