Stopped at this restaurant on way home from a weekend in Baltimore. Found it thru TA review of restaurants in Baltimore area. I grew up in MD and I love crabs. I was not displeased. My husband & I were the first diners of the day and we found our server to very pleasant and attentive. We started w/ an order of the onion rings. While not bad, we've had better onion rings at other places. We both thought there was way to much batter on them. However, I don't judge a seafood restaurant based solely on the onion rings. Originally I ordered a broiled seafood combo because a coupon we had could not be used towards the crabs. I added 2 crabs just so I could have some crabs. My 1st 2 crabs came out w/ the onion rings and they were so perfectly cooked and delicious, I asked the server to just pack my original order to go and ordered 6 more crabs to eat right then. The crabs were big and full of meat and seasoned well. I could tell that most of the crabs did not come from the MD area and suspected they were from NC based on the claw and shell. Turns out I was correct. I also knew that Old Bay was not the seasoning on the crabs but there was nothing wrong with the seasoning used. My husband ordered the soft crab platter. He said the crabs were delicious, but he would order them as a sandwich next time. All in all we had a wonderful experience and we would go back to this restaurant if we found ourselves in the area again.

Called and ordered 1 1/2 dozen female crabs at $38.00 a dozen. They were very small, and did not have a good taste. It was a total waste of my money. Will not go again.

I've used the take out side religiously and on occasion dined in.never had a bad experience or the crabs are always on point. Negative is the decor in the restaurant side really really outdated but he'll the food was great every time so I'm good.

We went to this restaurant for the 2nd time using a coupon, the greeting and seating was great for a Friday evening, there were not too many people there. Perhaps this was due to the end of the month. The meal started with the most delicious cinnamon buns, not sweet, but served piping hot with real butter. The menu was mostly seafood, which was what was expected, also available were menu specials. We were slightly disappointed the coupon could not be used for crabs, so we ordered the Seafood Platter. This was a dish which had a very sweet and succulent small lobster tail, a crab ball (too much filling), 2 scallops, 2 shrimp, crab Imperial in a small crab shaped aluminum holder, and a large serving of fish. The fish was the predominant item probably it was the cheapest to offer on the platter. It was ok, the hi-lite was the lobster tail, we would have appreciated 2 of them rather than the over abundance of fish. The wait staff was very efficient and friendly. As a compromise, I would have to give them a 4 on the meal and a 5 on the service.

Had a Resturant.com coupon so we thought we would try it out. Good crab cake and the best green beans for a side. Crab soup was excellent and our waitress Tracey was very nice. A pleasant evening to be sure.
