Even though is was a cold and drizzly day, we had so much fun here. The kids loved both of the rope/zip line courses. (Ages 4,8, 11 and my husband) But the best was the mountain coaster! We went twice and could go 10 more time and it would still have the same thrill as the first time down. Can't wait to come back!!
Great activities year round!

Our annual trip to Deep Creek would not be complete without a visit to the mountain coaster in the summer or tubing/ice skating in the winter. In 2014, we had 7 kids ranging from age 10-16 try the Spider Monkey rope course and they all loved it. All the activities are a little pricey, but definitely worth trying at least once.
Great summer activities

Adventure course, zip line, segways, mountain biking, mountain coaster, chair lifts and many more are some of the activities in summer. My family had fun trying all sorts of activities there. They are, though, quite expensive when you add them up. At least there is something to do in the area other than the lake for summer fun!
Exciting things to do

Been there with friends and had a great time. My kids had so much fun riding the lift. It was a summer season and on that lift you can really see almost all of the luscious greens of the mountain resort. When you reach the top of the lift there is a man-made body of water there for white -water rafting which I know water-sports enthusiasts would love to try. It was pretty awesome.
Great place, so much to do

So much to do, we went a couple times over 2 days. Ziplining was really fun, and our 5 year old absolutely loved the chipmunk zipline and ropes course. we all did the mountain coaster, and even the 3 year old loved it. We loved the extras like the life-size chess game. Disc golf was ok, but really it was a lot of hilly walking and probably too hard to be good at. We loved the Geo tracking at the top of the mountain, which we did on our own without a guide so we could shorten the trail for our crew. Wish we did the white water rafting but went speed boating elsewhere instead. Yes, its pricey, but we planned on that.
