On the last Saturday of September, downtown Silver Spring magically transforms from a busy urban shopping district into a lively center for arts, humanities, Montgomery County history, and world cultures. Enjoy mini-parades, live entertainment, an artist market with original artworks for sale, and rows of community booths representing some 100 Montgomery County cultural and heritage organizations.

The FREE event takes place September 26th from 12:00pm to 6:00pm at the intersection of Ellsworth and Fenton Street.
