Frederick Festival of the Greens and Stockings

Check out the over 120 decorated and themed wreaths and trees, ranging from the fancy to the funky, that adorn the Cultural Arts Center during the Frederick Festival of Greens. Wreaths and trees are submitted by artists, businesses, schools, community groups, and other local residents and then all submissions are available for purchase during a silent auction that closes at 5 p.m. on Sunday, December 3rd. In addition to the wreaths and trees being on display, an array of holiday activities are planned during the event, truly making it a festival atmosphere. People can enjoy holiday entertainment, hands-on activities, and much more. Most of the activities are enjoyable for the entire family. The festival coincides with Frosty Friday, First Saturday, and other holiday activities in Frederick.
