The City of Gaithersburg, in partnership with the Harp and Shamrock Society, will host the 9th Annual St. Patrick's Day Parade from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, March 14, 2009 at Washingtonian Center (I-370 and Washingtonian Boulevard).

Over 50 units customarily march in the parade, including Celtic dancers, bagpipe bands, clowns, fire trucks, equestrian teams and more. When it is over there will be live music and entertainment in the plaza area.
