The Carroll County Arts Council’s 12th Annual Festival of Wreaths will feature more than 220 uniquely decorated theme wreaths on display for the public through a five-day silent auction.
The public is invited to place bids on the wreaths and vote for their favorites in a variety of categories. Proceeds benefit the Carroll County Arts Council.
